Most custom print orders are processed and produced within 3 to 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 2 to 4 business days depending on your location.
Can I request a custom size not listed on the website?
Absolutely! At Let's Print Big, we specialize in custom dimensions. Please contact our support team with your specific requirements, and we will provide a personalized quote.
What file formats do you accept for high-quality printing?
For the best results, we recommend uploading files in PDF, TIFF, or high-resolution JPEG format. Please ensure your files are at least 300 DPI to avoid pixelation on large prints.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 states within the US and across Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for custom items?
Since our products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order has been printed and dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
